The Thinger.io IOTMP client for Zephyr RTOS connects a board with a network interface supported by Zephyr to Thinger.io. It is two modules of your west workspace: iotmp-zephyr, the client for Zephyr, and iotmp-embedded, the protocol core it shares with the ESP-IDF client. Arduino boards programmed from the Arduino IDE with the Arduino Zephyr core use the Arduino library instead.
