Billing opens the subscription portal of your Thinger.io Cloud instance, where you manage the plan you pay for, the payment method and the invoices. It is in the Administration menu of private instances, for administrators.
When to use it
- To update the card or the bank account the subscription is charged to.
- To download your invoices.
- To change or cancel the subscription of the instance.

Add-ons
Some services are added to a subscription on top of the plan:
| Add-on | What it adds |
|---|---|
| Daily backups | Daily copies of the instance, on the plans that do not include them. |
| Priority support | Direct support from the Thinger.io team, besides the community forum. |
| White-label mobile app | The Thinger.io mobile app with your colors, logos and icons, and the features you choose to show. |
Which plans offer each add-on is on Plans and limits. To add one, contact sales.
Limits
- The portal manages Thinger.io Cloud subscriptions only. The free Cloud account has nothing to bill, and on-premise is arranged with Thinger.io as part of the Enterprise plan; see On-premise.
- The billing email can differ from the email of the instance administrator.
- What each plan includes is on Plans and limits.
